We beginnen met de Paripurna  Pranayama (volledige adem), we gebruiken bij een aantal asana&#8217;s de Ujjayi Pranayama en aan het einde doen we de Samavritti Pranayama gecombineerd met de Asvini Mudra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De opbouw van deze les is als volgt: we reizen met de asana&#8217;s omhoog vanaf het eerste chakra (Muladhara) naar Svadisthana (2e chakra), Maripurna (3de chakra), Anahata (4de chakra), Vissudhi (5e chakra), Ajna (6e chakra) en eindigend bij Sahasrara (7e chakra).
